Rental Rates and Included Accomodations
The Mica Event Hall is a seasonal facility. We are open from spring to late fall. Exceptions in the winter months can be made, please call Lisa Curtis at 509-999-4805.
Mica Event Hall Rental Rates and Accommodations
Capacity: 125, indoor seating for 85 people
All Weekend Rental (3 days - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am - 10:00pm) – $2,500
Perfect for a family reunion, receptions, or anniversary. This provides you three-day access to the Event Hall (day use only).
Weekend, Single Day Rental (F, Sat, Sun) - $1,000; 7:00am - 10:00pm
Weekday, Single Day Rental (M-Th) - $600; 7:00am - 10:00 pm
Rent by the ½ Day - 4 hour rental, you choose your time
Friday, Saturday, Sunday = $400
Monday - Thursday = $300
Holiday rental rates are the same as a weekend rental rate.
Included in your rental:
Outdoor space (Approximately 1 acre, mix of treed, wild flowers, grass lawn), backyard is shaded throughout the evening. Children's play toys.
New blue tooth speakers - be your own DJ!

Mix of tables – total seating capacity of 85 (linens not included)
Mix of chairs – 45 padded/folding, 40 padded/wood – total seating for 85
Kitchen – Fully Stocked - Display case fridge, sink, 4 burner stove / oven, industrial oven, pots, pans, hot serving pans, serving platters / bowls, cold food storage serving table (ice not included)
Single occupancy restroom (in basement) and outdoor facility – note ADA facilities will not be provided
Events with more than 40 people will be charged an additional $75 porta potty cleaning charge.
Bagged garbage removal, all garbage must fit in provided cans or additional dump fees will apply.
LAWS AND REGULATIONS
All events serving alcohol or cannabis products will obtain their own Washington Permit and follow all regulations set forth by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. To apply for you permit or learn more go here: https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/special-licenses-and-permits
All events must be compliant with Spokane County Noise Ordinance. The quiet hours are 10pm to 7am

Renter Decorating and Maintenance Expectations
PLEASE
Enjoy decorating but do not put holes in the walls or adhere anything to the stage walls- command hooks are a great option but may not be used on the stage; they do tear the plaster walls. Remove all tape, etc. used for decorating.
All candles must be in a container with 2” of clearance at the top
Sweep stage
Wipe down tables
Stack tables and chairs on the stage
Wipe down kitchen surfaces - cleaning supplies provided
Remove all garbage and place it in the provided black trash cans on the east side of the kitchen, behind the white picket fence. All bags that do not fit in the provided bins will result in an additional fee to cover the dump cost.
Turn off all lights and fans
Please lock the front and back door and exit through the red kitchen door

If you forgot anything for your event:
The Freeman Store (convenience) is 3 miles South on the highway - turn left leaving Mica
Safeway is 5 miles North on the highway - turn right leaving Mica
The kitchen light switch is at the entrance to the event hall on the south side of the island passthrough
The disco ball light switch is on the stage - south wall (stage left).
The main hall lights and fans are dimmer knobs located by the main hall entrance
Extra chairs for outdoors are in the closet on the stage (stage right) - please do not take the wood chairs outside
