Rental Rates and Included Accomodations

Mica Event Hall Rental Rates and Accommodations 2022

Capacity 125, seated capacity 85

All Weekend Rental (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am - 10:00pm for 3 days) – $1,800

Perfect for a family reunion, receptions, or anniversary. This provides you three-day access to the Event Hall (day use only). Overnight camping is not included in this pricing.

Weekend, Single Day Rental (F, Sat, Sun) - $700; 7:00am - 10:00pm

Weekday, Single Day Rental (M-Th) - $400; 7:00am - 10:00 pm

Rent by the ½ Day - 4 hour rental, you choose your time

Friday, Saturday, Sunday = $300

Monday - Thursday = $200

Holiday rental rates are the same as a weekend rental rate.

Included in your rental:

  • Outdoor space (Approximately 1 acre, mix of treed, wild flowers, grass lawn), backyard is shaded throughout the evening. Children's play toys.

  • New blue tooth speakers - be your own DJ!

  • Wifi

  • Tables and Chairs - look to floor plan and table sizes tab for details

  • Mix of tables – total seating capacity of 85 (linens not included)

  • Mix of chairs – 45 padded/folding, 40 padded/wood – total seating for 85

  • Kitchen – Fully Stocked - sink, 4 burner stove / oven, pots, pans, hot serving pans, serving platters / bowls, cold food storage serving table (ice not included)

  • Single occupancy restroom – note ADA facilities will not be provided

    • Events with more than 40 people are required to arrange additional restroom facilities. To arrange facilities please contact American On-site Services at 509-244-8404, website: (or another vendor of your choosing).

  • Bagged garbage removal, all garbage must fit in provided cans or additional dump fees will apply.


  • All events must be compliant with Spokane County Noise Ordinance. The quiet hours are 10pm to 7am

Renter Decorating and Maintenance Expectations


  1. Enjoy decorating but do not put holes in the walls or adhere anything to the stage walls- command hooks are a great option but may not be used on the stage; they do tear the plaster walls. Remove all tape, etc. used for decorating.

  2. All candles must be in a container with 2” of clearance at the top

  3. Sweep stage

  4. Wipe down tables

  5. Stack tables and chairs on the stage

  6. Wipe down all surfaces used for your event, including the restroom - cleaning supplies provided

  7. Remove all garbage and place it in the provided black trash cans on the east side of the kitchen, behind the white picket fence. All bags that do not fit in the provided bins will result in an additional fee to cover the dump cost.

  8. Turn off all lights and fans

  9. Please lock the front and back door and exit through the red kitchen door

Additional Renter Information

Good to Know:

  1. WIFI Password: will be provided

  2. If you forgot anything for your event:

    • The Freeman Store (convenience) is 3 miles South on the highway - turn left leaving Mica - If your planned food didn’t turn out as planned, the Freeman store has amazing take and bake pizzas

    • Albertsons is 5 miles North on the highway - turn right leaving Mica

  3. The kitchen light switch is at the entrance to the event hall on the south side of the island passthrough

  4. The disco ball light switch is on the stage - south wall (stage left).

  5. The main hall lights and fans are dimmer knobs located by the main hall entrance

  6. Extra chairs for outdoors are in the closet on the stage (stage right) - please do not take the wood chairs outside
